Computationally Isolated Adult Mouse Sertoli Cells

Non-researcher Description: Single-cell transcriptomes were generated flow-sorted cells of triplicate adult AMH-Cre;tdTomato males. Sertoli cells were computationally isolated through exclusion of cells positive for marker genes of germ and other somatic cells. The two resulting clusters capture subtle heterogeneity among highly enriched (effectively 'pure') Sertoli cells.
