Oviducts from Pgrf/f and Wnt7aCre/;Pgrf/f at 0.5 dpc
Adult female mice (Pgrf/f and Wnt7aCre/;Pgrf/f) were collected at 0.5 dpc. Oviducts were dissected into Infundibulum+Ampulla (InfAmp) and Isthmus+Uterotubal (IsthUTJ) junction regions. Cells were isolated and used for single cell RNA-seq analysis through 10x Genomic Platforms.
