Oviducts from wild-type mice at 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 dpc compared to controls
Adult C57BL6/J mice were superovulated and collected at 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 dpc. Superovulated non-pregnant controls were included for comparison. Oviducts were dissected into Infundibulum+Ampulla (InfAmp) and Isthmus+Uterotubal (IsthUTJ) junction regions. Cells were isolated and used for single cell RNA-seq analysis through 10x Genomic Platforms.
