Ovariectomized mouse oviducts treated with vehicle or progesterone (P4) for 2h or 24h
Adult female mice were ovairectomized and treated with vehicle, P4 (1 mg/mouse) for 2 h or 24h. Oviducts were dissected into Infundibulum+Ampulla (InfAmp) and Isthmus+Uterotubal (IsthUTJ) junction regions. Cells were isolated and used for single cell RNA-seq analysis through 10x Genomic Platforms.
